Tuesday, February 8th is the first meeting between the AFT negotiation team and the negotiators for Seattle Colleges. The agenda for this first session is very brief: introductions, scheduling out the frequency of our joint meetings and the best times of days (for example, we will meet every other Tuesday afternoon until negotiations are complete). The only topic for discussion is AFT's demand that our joint negotiation sessions be open to all faculty members to attend (via zoom at the present time and face to face if that becomes safe in the future).
