CTC Equal Bargaining Rights Training and Celebration

There are two goals for this event:

1. getting together to give each other the courage and confidence to take our newly gained power at the negotiating table and start the process of  increasing full and part-time salaries.  
2. celebrating the passage of EHB 1237, the legislation that gives two-year faculty equal rights to bargain for local funds.

From 2-5 PM, there will be be sessions on negotiating these funds and what to do if your college administration is reluctant to do this.

From 5-8 PM, we will have dinner and a celebration!
