AFT Seattle invites all Seattle Colleges faculty to a negotiations training to help everyone in our bargaining unit prepare to meet the District at the table as we negotiate our next contract.
This training will be facilitated by Jess Foster of AFT National. Jess offered an incredibly useful training to our Negotiations Team last year and we are excited to bring her back so all members of our bargaining unit can benefit from her insight and expertise.
Jess will cover open negotiations, actions to support our union beyond the table, and strategies for table time.
