Pursuant to the BCFPE constitution, if you are a member in good standing and wish to, you may volunteer for the Election Committee to accept nominations for Board Members. Please submit your name to Frank Pratka at fpratka@aftmd.org by May 7, 2020. The BCFPE Executive Board will make the selection of committee members.
UConn Health Labor Coalition Driving Effort to Protect Patients and the Professionals Who Care for Them
Those who are are parents of young children probably know by now that the only childcare centers that are open in the state are those which have been approved to care for the children of those deemed essential personnel.
Since sending the questions below to UW–Madison administration toward the end of March, the university has responded with changes to policy and guidance on other procedures.
We have requested a list of information and offered recommended actions for each employer to take to protect WFNHP members. We have received some responses to those requests and have compiled the answers and policiies from your employers.
End of the semester for SRJC and suspension of classes for OAP. However, many faculty have signed up for ZOOM either through the seat license from SRJC or direct to continue connecting with our students. We are resourceful!
